Plasma cutting of sheet metal from 2 to 32 mm thick
Metal cutting is carried out on a special set of equipment, the basis of which is a table for plasma cutting, the working area of which allows you to place various plates (aluminum, black steel, stainless steel) with a maximum size of 2000×3000 mm. High quality and speed of cutting is ensured by the use of a mechanized plasma cutting system Hypertherm Powermax 105 (made in the USA).
The machine allows you to cut sheet metal of any contour, while optimizing cutting and minimizing costs. To control the cutting process, a modern software package is used – Mach3, which allows you to achieve maximum accuracy of parts in their serial production.

Cutting of steel and aluminum round and tubular products on band saws
Roll cutting is carried out on special equipment – a band saw machine with a saw group installed on it. PILOUS (made in the Czech Republic) and BMSY810CGH (BEKAMAK) are used for MIT cutting machines (made in Ukraine). The equipment allows you to cut rolled products (circle, pipe, channel, corner, etc.) with high precision and a high-quality cut, which ensures efficient use of materials and minimal waste.

Cutting sheet metal with guillotine shears
An alternative to cut sheet metal on a plasma is to cut it with special guillotine shears, which allow you to cut sheets in a straight line with high precision. ALIT LLC has at its disposal a modern DURMA SBT 3010 hydraulic guillotine with a high-strength frame and a cutting rotary beam, which allows you to cut ferrous metal sheets with a thickness of 1 to 10 mm, and stainless steel – from 1 to 6 mm with a maximum cutting length of up to 3100 mm .
Cutting (cutting) a sheet on a guillotine is perfect for those who want to get perfectly smooth edges of workpieces without burrs and curvature, since cutting with a DURMA SBT 3010 guillotine is carried out with a flat blade simultaneously along the entire length of the cut metal, while ensuring a speed of 13 cuts per minute.
