We have been manufacturing, installing and servicing high-voltage fittings for transmission lines, open switchgear, power plants and substations since 1999. To date, we are the only manufacturer of power lines and rigid busbars in Ukraine. The enterprise has successfully mastered the production of bus supports for electrical facilities and supporting metal structures for the construction of solar power plants.

The main office of the company is located in Kyiv, and the production facilities are located in Odesa. 170 highly qualified employees work in the united ALIT team, the basis of which are experienced specialists, including engineers from various technical fields: energy engineers, foundries, mechanics and machine builders.

The high quality of the products produced by us is ensured not only by technical means, our own engineering potential, but also by multi-stage technical control using certified non-destructive tools. control and mechanical tests. A quality management system has been implemented at the production site, the ISO 9001 certificate has been obtained, the products are certified in the UkrSEPRO system and undergo periodic tests in an independent laboratory and testing facility. In order to maintain a high level of quality of the shop’s products, the enterprises are equipped with new modern specialized equipment. We have CNC Lathes/Millers/CNC Machines, Plasma Cutting Tables, Robotic and Manual Welding Stations, Tube Bending and Sheet Bending Equipment, Paint Booth, Band Saws, Tapping Machines, Grinding Machines, Press Equipment and much more.

In addition to the production of its own products, ALIT LLC provides various services and is able to provide installation and maintenance of equipment on its own, which allows the company to participate in the performance of contract work in large projects. Our own design and construction bureau allows us to solve tasks of any complexity in the development of new products and to introduce them into production in the shortest possible time.

The enterprise carries out serial production of a wide range of products:

• complete, insulated power lines and busbars with a nominal voltage of up to 35 kV for a nominal current of up to 33,000 A of various series: IPB AL (phase-shielded generator voltage), SPB AL (phase-separate) and NSPB AL (phase-separate);
• busbars of fixed nominal voltage 35-750 kV;
• bus supports for a nominal voltage of 35-750 kV;
• linear fittings for attaching non-insulated wires of overhead power lines;
• spiral fittings for overhead power lines;
• PAS-type thermal cartridges for welding non-insulated power lines wires;
• supporting metal structures for photovoltaic panels.
