Bus supports 150 kW
Bus supports of the ШО (ШОП) type for a voltage of 150 kV are intended for insulation and fastening of wires, rigid busbars and devices in switchgears of power stations and substations of alternating current with a frequency of 50 (60) Hz.
Busbar supports for a voltage of 150 kV are structurally composed of 2 main elements: a column of insulators (or one insulator), which performs an insulating and lightning protection function, and a busbar holder installed on top of the insulator and intended for fastening flexible and rigid busbars. Also, at the customer’s request, busbar supports can be equipped with a frame and a metal support post, on which an insulator with a busbar holder is fixed.
It is possible to manufacture 150 kV busbar supports in 4 main designs:
ШО-150 (II*)-1 УХЛ1: busbar support for voltage 150 kV with a porcelain insulator with category II* (creepage distance 105 cm), design “1” (for fastening one wire), in climatic version УХЛ1;
ШОП-150 (II*)-1 УХЛ1: the same as in ШО-150 (II*)-1 УХЛ1, but with a polymer insulator;
ШO-150 (II*)-2 УХЛ1: the same as in ШО-150 (II*)-1 УХЛ1, but in design “2” (for fastening two wires);
ШОП-150 (II*)-2 УХЛ1: the same as ШO-150 (II*)-2 УХЛ1, but with a polymer insulator.
In all versions, creepage distance categories and wire (pipe) diameter must be specified when ordering.
