Arcing horns

Arcing horns the РР type are intended to create a spark gap of the given width that protects insulator strings of a ground wire against electric arc. Arcing horns are installed on the socket tongues of the following coupling fittings (please refer to the table). Upper arcing horns, type РРВ and lower horns, type РРН are intended to create a spark gap of the given width that protects insulator strings of a ground wire against electric arc. Upper arcing horns are fastened directly on a ball eye with a uniform fastener for all types of ball ended eye links. Lower arcing horns are installed on the socket tongues of the following coupling fittings (please refer to the table). Arcing horns, type РР, РРВ, РРН meet the requirements of TU U 31.2-30255335-002:2006.
