Coupling fittings belong to linear fittings and are designed for coupling
suspension elements, as well as attaching it to the support of the overhead line
power transmission or switchgear. It includes six
types of fittings: earrings, ears, attachment points, staples, intermediate links
and rocker arms.
Coupling fittings are selected based on the purpose and breaking load,
which is included in the labeling of each product.
Protective armature is designed to protect insulating hangers,
insulators, wires, lightning protection cables from electrical and mechanical
impacts causing deterioration of overhead power transmission lines
or damage to individual elements.
Protective armature includes the following types of products: protective rings
and screens, screen attachment points, vibration dampers and dance dampers
wires, distance spacers, discharge horns, ballasts, couplings
safety and bolt clamps.
Contact fittings are designed for branching from wires
and connecting wires to the terminals of electrical devices.
When switching from aluminum wires to copper terminals of devices

Linear tensioning armature provides bearing fastening of the wire
or a lightning protection cable to the tension suspension of the anchor-angle support
and perceives the mechanical load from its tension in normal mode

Depending on the design and method of contact, tension clamps
are subdivided into the following types: wedge clamps, bolt clamps,
clamping clamps, pressing clamps, transposition clamps,
canine clamps and single-, double-wedge clamps for steel ropes.
Supporting armature provides lightweight non-conductive fastening
wire or lightning protection cable in a clamp for subsequent fastening
to the supporting suspension and support. During operation, supporting
the reinforcement takes weight and wind loads.
Depending on the purpose, the supporting reinforcement is subdivided into:
deaf support clamps, angle support clamps, hangers
multi-roller, support clamps and special spacers.
The connecting armature is designed for connecting wires
and lightning protection cables of overhead power lines. To the connecting
– ram clamps, tightened by bolts;
– oval clamps, mounted by twisting;
– clamps pressed, mounted by pressing;
– transitional loop clamps – for detachable wire connections
and transition from one to two wires, from two wires to three wires;
– repair clamps, installed in places where wires are damaged;
– earthing clamps designed for connecting steel
ropes or wires used on overhead power lines
as lightning protection cables, to grounding elements of supports;
– cable sleeves, fastened by crimping.
Spiral fittings are designed for installation, repair and protection
steel-aluminum wires and wires from aluminum alloys, lightning protection
ropes and fiber-optic cables during construction and reconstruction
overhead power lines.
The main distinctive design feature of spiral reinforcement
are the spiral wires included in its composition, which are mounted
directly onto the wire or cable, completely covering its surface.
Spiral wires form a kind of protective layer on the outside of the wire,
protecting it from negative external factors. At installation sites
spiral reinforcement, stress concentrations caused by
vibrations or assembly forces, bending stiffness increases
wire, the fatigue strength increases and, as a result, its wear decreases.
For rolling, sighting, lifting on a support of wires and ropes, as well as
for insulating suspensions, mounting rollers and fixtures are used
assembly. With low frictional resistance, assembly rollers
allow tensioning of wires and installation in spans
